Hello, my name is Aniusha!
I came across the spa industry while working in my mid-20s and fell in love because it allowed me to show up as myself; respectful, friendly, empathetic, and caring. Later on, I decided to explore it from the lens of a student of the business, who would later become a salon owner herself. I aimed to create a safe space for women within an underserved neighborhood in the Bronx. I sought a way to create an environment where women who desired an experience in which they could feel inspired, valued, uplifted, and know they were in a safe space could come. Very committed to taking a risk on my new dream, I started waxing clients from my tiny childhood bedroom in my parent's apartment and built it into what is a successful company today. A Beauty Haven that contributes in community-service based initiatives, and continues to build jobs in our community.
